I ordered a Tennessee/Finesse sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas and I was extremely pleased when it arrived. The size was spot on and the quality is fantastic. I had little hope that it would arrive before Christmas, but it shipped within days of my order being submitted and actually arrived before Christmas. While I had no need to contact customer service, I did receive a “thank you” email for placing an order and UncleSam offering their assistance (if needed) in the future. These little gestures mean a lot to me. I have been burned in the past using companies I am not familiar with, but in doing my research on UncleSam, I didn’t find anything negative and decided to take a shot. I am so glad I did. I will definitely order from them again.

Usually every site that delivers from the US to Canada or vise versa clearly states if their products are subject to duty charges, I was charged an extra 34 dollars upon delivery of the product and I am very unhappy as no one will reply to my emails.
