I ordered this item on 1/7 hoping it'd arrive by 1/13. I messaged the shop on 1/6 to determine the cost of shipping to have the item arrive in time, w/no response. I placed the order anyway to avoid wasting time, & left a message w/the order asking the same info. I received a message back on 1/8 saying shipping would be $3.95.
Today is 1/17 & I still haven't received the sweater. USPS tracking shows the item shipped on 1/12 or 1/13 (the item was arrived at the USPS origin facility on 1/12, & was in transit on 1/13). I'm not sure where the package is now.
UPDATE: Shop offered 50% refund to keep the item that arrived late. Though it was too late to wear the item to the event I purchased it for, I appreciate the customer service. Bumped up another star. Might be willing to order from here again.
